Your hours are money.
Count all of them.
One key starts the clock and the money adds up by the second. At month end, uninvoiced hours become a PDF invoice — no digging back through a spreadsheet.
Sign in with Google or a magic link. No card, no password.
Know where you are, instead of guessing
Hours today and this week against your goal, your streak of working days, and how many hours are still uninvoiced — kept apart by currency, never silently converted.
A time log should be a table, not a pile of notes
Filter by project, tag, date range, invoice status. Edit the hours, add tags, mark something non-billable. Export CSV when a client wants the detail.
Logged hours become an invoice in one click
Pick a project and a period; the app gathers every uninvoiced entry, rounds it the way you set, adds VAT and assigns a number. Print it or save a PDF — the print view stays on white so the colours come out right.
Reports answer the question you actually have
By project, by day, or line by line as it will appear on the invoice. Actual hours sit next to billable hours, so you can see exactly what rounding costs.
The rest is already handled
Keep tracking with no connection
The app is local-first. Offline, you keep logging; the changes go up the moment the connection comes back.
Syncing with nothing to switch on
Every change goes to the cloud. Open another machine, sign in, it is there.
Installs like a real app
Add it to the Home Screen or the Dock and it opens full screen, with no address bar.
VND, USD, EUR, SGD
A rate and a currency per project. Reports total each currency on its own — no sloppy conversion.
Round the way you actually bill
Up or to nearest, in steps of 5/6/10/15/30 minutes. See the result before you commit.
Vietnamese and English
Switch language from the header. Invoices print in whichever language is selected.
Track time right from the Chrome toolbar

Common questions
Is Time Tracker free?
Free, with no cap on projects, entries or invoices. No card, and no paid tier waiting to be upgraded to.
Can I track time with no connection?
Yes. The app is local-first: every action is written to your device first, so you keep starting timers and editing entries as usual. The changes go up to the cloud the moment the connection is back.
Where is my data kept?
One copy on your device so the app works offline, and one in Supabase Postgres tied to the account you signed in with. Download a JSON backup or a CSV whenever you want.
Can it produce a PDF invoice?
Yes. Pick a project and a period; the app gathers every uninvoiced entry, rounds it the way you set, adds VAT and assigns an auto-incrementing number. Print it, or save a PDF from the print dialog.
Does it handle more than one currency?
VND, USD, EUR and SGD. Each project carries its own rate and currency, and reports total each currency separately rather than converting on your behalf.
How does it round hours?
Up or to nearest, in steps of 5, 6, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. Reports put actual hours next to billable hours, so you can see what the rounding adds before you commit to it.
Can I install it on a phone?
Yes, the app is a PWA. Add it to the Home Screen on iOS or Android, or to the Dock on a desktop, and it opens full screen with no address bar.
Do I need a password?
No. Sign in with Google, or with a magic link sent to your email — there is no password to set, and none to lose.
How is this different from Toggl or Clockify?
It is smaller, and the Vietnamese part is already done: a Vietnamese interface, rates in VND, and invoices with VAT you can print straight away. There is no team management or payroll — this is a tool for one freelancer.
Can I get my data out?
The time log and the reports export to CSV, and Settings downloads everything as a single JSON file. Nothing in the flow holds your data in.
Free. Starts with one key.
No cap on projects, entries or invoices. The data is yours — download a JSON backup or CSV whenever you want.
